“One year after the start of the implementation of the Bullet Solutions platform at the ESTeSC-IPC, it is possible to say with great pleasure that it was a success.

In December 2020, ESTeSC-IPC was the only school at the Polytechnic of Coimbra that did not use the Bullet Solutions platform to manage academic timetables.

There was a prejudice that, due to the complexity of the schedules of the degrees taught, the best solution for the elaboration of the schedules was human iteration. 45 days elapsed between the decision to implement the Bullet Solutions platform and the existence of a timetable solution for undergraduate degrees.

During recent times, schedule management tasks, with face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes, management of spaces depending on the variation in capacity and management of unforeseen changes in undergraduate timetables, are tasks performed in a short period of time and with high efficiency. This efficiency is undoubtedly due to the use of the Bullet Solutions platform.

Today, for ESTeSC-IPC it is more than a simple solution to generate timetables, it has become a space management platform for all activities that take place and a platform for managing the exam map.”
